IGNOU BBA Admission 2026: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) BBA admissions will start soon for the upcoming academic session January 2026. The university facilitates admission to the BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) to students who are looking to make a career in the areas of Banking, Finance, Marketing, Retailing, and Service Management.

Applicants must possess 10 + 2 from a recognised board to take admission in IGNOU BBA. The admission process is very simple; students can fill out the application form online on the university website. For this, they need to pay only INR 300 as an application fee. IGNOU BBA annual course fee is INR 10,000 to 20,000/year, depending on the specialisation. 

Students enrolled in the course can complete the course in a minimum duration of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years. The university uses English and Hindi media to deliver the course, and students have to complete a total of 120 Credits (divided into 6 semesters) to get the degree. Each semester covers 20 Credits.

For the academic session January 2026, IGNOU will start BBA admission from 01 December 2025*. The application forms will be available till 31 January 2026*. Students must complete the admission process within the stipulated deadline. To complete the admission, they must visit the official website of the university, ignou.ac.in.

IGNOU BBA admission fee is INR 300, and the course fee is between INR 10,000-20,000/year, depending on the specialisation of the course. The university offers a BBA in General, a BBA in Service Management, and a BBA in Retailing. Eligibility to pursue the course is Class 12 from a recognised board. IGNOU BBA course duration is 3 years (minimum) and 6 years (maximum).

Students should complete the application form before the last date of 31 January 2026*. IGNOU BBA Admission Eligibility Criteria 

For the upcoming academic session 2026-27, the university has released the application forms. Before applying, students must be sure that they are eligible to apply for admission. The students do not need to give any entrance exam to enroll in the course, but they must fulfill the eligibility requirements. Minimum eligibility to take admission at IGNOU is given below: 

• Applicants must possess at least a 10+2 from a recognised board. 
• At least 45% marks are required in 10 + 2.
• There is no entrance exam needed for admission. 

IGNOU BBA Admission Process 2026

The university has started accepting BBA admission applications from 01 December 2025*. Candidates who are willing to pursue the course and want to get admission for the January 2026 session must apply before 31 January 2026*. They can fill out the application form themselves from anywhere, as the admission forms are now available online. They just have to pay a non-refundable application fee of INR 300 to fill out the form.

IGNOU BBA course fee ranges between INR 10,000/year to INR 20,000/year. It depends on the specialisation of the course.
