• IGNOU has released the revised tentative date sheet for the December 2025 TEE. The exams will be conducted from 01 December 2025 to 14 January 2026, in two shifts. The process of filling the exam form has started from 06 September 2025, and the last date is 06 October 2025. Students can check their schedule and start preparing.

• The IGNOU exam form filling process is ongoing for the Dec TEE 2025. Applicants who are going to appear in the Dec TEE must fill out the form before the last date of 20 October 2025 without incurring a late fee (a late fee of INR 1100 applies until 26 October 2025).

IGNOU Admission 2026 January Session

IGNOU accepts applications for UG, PG, Diploma, PG Diploma, and Certificate courses for the January Session 2026. Students can apply online at the official website ignou.ac.in. The last date for IGNOU Admission January 2026 is 31 January 2026. The registration process is entirely online, and applicants must meet the minimum eligibility criteria before applying.

IGNOU UG Admission 2026 January Session

IGNOU UG admission forms for the January 2026-27 academic session were released on 1 December 2025. The last date for the UG admission at IGNOU is 31 January 2026.  Several undergraduate (UG) courses are available at the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), including B.Com, B.Sc., B.A., BSW, BBA, B.Lib, and BEd. • MTTM: Applicants must have passed BTS/ BA (Tourism)/ B.Sc (Hospitality & Hotel Administration)/ Bachelors in Hotel Management/ those students who have done their graduation in any field, along with a Diploma in Tourism/ passed a bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognised board. 
• MA: Completed graduation in any discipline. 
• MBA: Passed a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks (45% required for the reserved category).

Diploma/Certificate:

• Certificate in First Aid: Completed Class 12 from a recognised board. 
• Certificate in Information Technology: Passed Class 10/ SSC/ IGNOU’s BPP or Microsoft's DLC or equivalent. 
• Diploma in Value Education/ Horticulture: Applicants must have completed Class 12 from a recognised board. 

PG Diploma

• An MBBS degree is required for admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Maternal and Child Health/ Post Graduate Diploma in HIV Medicine.
• Students must have completed graduation in any discipline for the PG Diploma in Animal Welfare. 
• Post-graduation is required for admission to the Post-Graduate Diploma in Higher Education.
