IGNOU Exam Form 2025: Direct Link, Last Date Extended, Fee

IGNOU Exam Form 2025: The IGNOU Term-End Examination (TEE) exam form for June 2025 was released on 14 March 2025. The university opens the exam form portal twice a year (for June and December TEE). Students enrolled in various Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), Diploma, & Certificate programs must fill out the form before the exam form closing date. IGNOU June TEE exam form submission last date was 28 April 2025 (Without late fee), and 04 June 2025 (With late fee). 

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) charges INR 1,100 as a late fee for students who didn’t submit the exam form within the given deadline. IGNOU exam form fee is INR 200 for theoretical subjects, and INR 300-500 for Practical subjects. It is advised to applicants that they should visit the necessary guidelines for the June TEE exam given on the university website. 

IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) provides numerous UG and PG courses to the students, including B.Li. Sc, BA, BCA, B.Com, MCA, M.Com., M.Li.Sc, MBA, etc. Candidates who are admitted for the July 2025 session at IGNOU should fill exam form for the December Term-End exams (TEE) before the last date; otherwise, they will have to pay an INR 1,100 late fee. 

IGNOU Exam Form 2025 Latest Updates

• IGNOU Hall Tickets for the June TEE exam 2025 are now available on the website of IGNOU. The university has started the June Term-End Exams from 12 June 2025, and the exams will continue till 19 July 2025.

• IGNOU Practical Exam Date Sheet for June TEE 2025 is now available on the university website. Students can download the IGNOU Practical Exam 2025 Date Sheet from the official website of IGNOU. 

• IGNOU TEE Practical Exam 2025 starting date is 21 July and the last date is 08 September 2025.

IGNOU exam forms for the June TEE (Term-End Examination) were available on the university website from 14 March 2025 to 4 June 2025. Currently, IGNOU Term-End Exams for the January session are going on, and the last exam will be held on 19 July. 

Now the university will open the exam form portal for the December TEE 2025. Students should fill out the form within the given deadline without paying any late fee charges. For the June TEE exam form filling last date was 28 April 2025 (without late fee), and 4 June 2025 (With late fee of INR 1,100). 

IGNOU Exam Form Important Dates

IGNOU Exam Form June 2025

At IGNOU exam form filling process for June TEE began on 14 March 2025, and the last date to fill out the form was extended to 28 April 2025 without any late fee. The applicants can submit their exam form online by going to the official website and paying an INR 200 form fee. The submission date of the IGNOU exam form was 04 May 2025 with a late fee of INR 1100. Now, the university will open the exam form portal for the December TEE. 

Currently, the university is accepting admission applications for the July 2025 academic session. Students enrolling or pursuing UG (Undergraduate) and PG (Postgraduate courses), either online or in ODL mode, must fill out the form by visiting the university’s examination portal. 

When filling the exam form, students must ensure that they are enrolled in the course and eligible for the TEE (Term-End Examinations). Before the exam, students need to submit their assignments within the stipulated deadline, and must ensure that no assignment is pending if they want to complete the course in the minimum duration of the course they are enrolled in. 

Students who are sitting in the IGNOU June TEE exams can now check the datesheet for the practical exam. The university has released the notification for the June TEE practical exam 2025, and the starting date is 21 July.

IGNOU Exam Form December 2025

For December TEE 2025, the IGNOU exam form will be released online on the official website. The applicants can fill out the form of the Dec examination till 30 October 2025* with a fee of INR 200. The Exams will be conducted in pen-and-paper and Computer-Based modes (as per the course). Candidates who are pursuing various Undergraduate and postgraduate courses (ODL and Online courses both) can complete the exam form by going through the official online portal of the university, www.exam.ignou.ac.in/.

IGNOU Exam Form Status 2025

The university also facilitates students to check the status of their exam form. Students who wanted to clear any queries related to the IGNOU Examination Form Status June 2025 were able to send their queries about the status of their exam forms by email, [email protected]. 

Currently, IGNOU admissions for July session are going on. Students who are taking admission must fill out their exam form in September-October, tentatively. Then they can check the IGNOU Exam Form Status December 2025 by going through the university’s website.

IGNOU Exam Form Fill Up Process

For the IGNOU TEE June 2025, students completed the exam form filling process through the official portal of the university, exam.ignou.ac.in. IGNOU June TEE exam form last date was 28 April 2025 (without late fee). IGNOU allots the exam centre on “FCFS (First Come, First Serve) basis because every exam centre has a limited number of seats. 

Students should be careful at the time of filling the examination form, especially when selecting the course, regional centre, centre code, and language of the exams. The university will not check the answer sheet if a student does not answer the questions in the same language as filled in the exam form. It is advised that students should check the filled information two times before submission to ensure the accuracy of the details. No corrections are allowed by the university once they submit the form.

IGNOU Exam Form Fees 2025

For IGNOU TEE June 2025, students had to pay a fixed amount of exam fee at the time of submission of the exam form. Now, the university will release the exam form portal for the TEE December 2025. The amount of the fee is INR 200 for theory and INR 300-500 for practical/lab courses for all the students who are enrolled in UG, PG courses. The university will charge a late fee of INR 1,100 if the students do not fill out and submit the exam form on or before the last date.
