IGNOU MA Hindi Admission 2025: IGNOU MA Hindi admission forms are now available on the university website for the July 2025 session. The forms have been released on 06 June 2025, and the students who are willing to take admission can apply through the official admission portal of the university on or before the closing date. The university will accept the admission forms by 15 July 2025.

The students can fill out the application by paying INR 300. IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) offers an MA Hindi program at an affordable fee. The students have to pay INR 6,000 per year. Students who want to pursue the course should provide all the scanned documents in an appropriate format to complete their admission process. Minimum eligibility to enroll in the course is an Undergraduate degree from a recognised university. 

Students can complete the course in a minimum duration of 2 years and a maximum duration of 4 years. The course is delivered in Hindi only as it is a language-based course. IGNOU MA syllabus includes the subjects, such as आधुनिक हिन्दी काव्य, उपन्यास एवं कहानी, Natak aur Anya Gadya Vidhayen, Hindi Sahitya aur Bhasha ka Itihas, Hindi Kavya -1, Sahitya Siddhanta aur Samalochna, Upanyaas: Swaroop aur Vikas, Bhasha Vigyan aur Hindi Bhasha, Hindi Upanyaas-1 (Premchand), Hindi Upanyaas-2, Bharatiya Upanyas. The course syllabus consists of a total of 64 Credits.

• IGNOU MA Hindi Admission has been started from 06 June for the academic session July 2025-26. Students who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are interested in applying for the course can fill out the application form before the last date of 15 July 2025.

IGNOU releases the MA Hindi forms twice a year (January session and July session). For the current academic session July 2025, the university is accepting application forms from 06 June 2025. Students can apply for the course before 15 July 2025. Students who have completed a Graduation/Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university must apply for admission within the stipulated deadline. The application process is online, and students can fill out the application from anywhere. At the time of filling the application form, students are required to have a scanned copy of the following documents:

• 10th marksheet and certificate,

IGNOU MA Hindi Admission Eligibility Criteria 

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) offers an MA Hindi program to those who want to get an advanced degree in the Hindi language after completing their Graduation degree. After pursuing the course, students may go for a job or for further education. Eligibility to take admission in the course is:

• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with at least 45-50% marks.
