IGNOU Law Admission 2025: IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) will start accepting admission forms for various Law courses from 26 May 2025 for the academic session July 2025. Students who are seeking to get knowledge in cyber law, business law, and environmental law can fill the admission form by visiting university’s official website (ignou.ac.in) before 30 June 2025. IGNOU offers Diploma and Certificate courses in Law, it does not provide Bachelor’s and Master’s in Law.

IGNOU Law diploma and certificate full course fee is INR 2,500 - INR 8,400 (depending on the course and specialisation), and the application fee is INR 300. The duration of the diploma course is a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years, and the duration of the certificate course is a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 24 months.

Eligibility to pursue a diploma in law is a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 10 + 2 is required to pursue a certificate in co-operative law, business law, humanitarian law, cyber law, etc. IGNOU does not offer LLB or LLM degrees; it offers only diploma and certificate courses in law.

IGNOU Law Admission 2025

The admission process for the IGNOU Law courses will begin on 26 May 2025 for the upcoming academic session 2025-26. Applicants must submit their application form before the deadline of 30 June 2025.
