IGNOU MSW Admission 2025: IGNOU invites applications for the MSW (Master of Social Work) admission two times in a year. For the academic session 2025, the university has started MSW admissions from 06 June 2025. Aspiring students can submit their applications online by 15 July 2025 through the official website of IGNOU. The application fee is INR 300, and the course fee is INR 18,000/Year.

The university offers two types of MSW courses, one is MSW (Master of Social Work) general, and another is MSWC (Master of Social Work Counselling). Minimum eligibility to enroll in IGNOU MSW (Master of Social Work) is at least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university or its equivalent qualification. The course has a minimum duration of 2 years with a flexibility for students to complete the course maximum of 4 years. Students who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the course without any entrance exam. The MSW syllabus covers a total of 72 Credits, including Core subjects, Optional subjects, Dissertation, and Internship.
