IGNOU PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science) application fee is INR 300, and the total course fee is INR 21,600. Students can complete the PGDCA course duration is a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years.

Students willing to get enrolled in the PGDCA course for the July 2025 academic session must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks. IGNOU PGDCA application fee is INR 300. 

When applying for admission, students need to have a valid identity proof, a passport-size photograph, a signature, and proof of educational qualifications (Marksheets and certificates). The students also need to have a category certificate, a disability certificate if they belong to any special category. The course fee is INR 10,800/Sem. 

IGNOU PGDCA Admission Eligibility Criteria 2025 

IGNOU offers PGDCA to all graduates/bachelor’s degree holders. Students must study one additional subject of Mathematics if they are not from the Mathematics stream. The university provides an opportunity for students to pursue PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications) if they have completed their UG level. The minimum eligibility to get admission in IGNOU PGDCA is given below:

• Students who have completed a 3-Year Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university + have studied Mathematics as one of the subjects at the Intermediate/Graduation level.
• Students who have completed a 3-Year Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university and have not studied Mathematics as a subject at the Intermediate/Graduation level. Such students have to complete a bridge course in Mathematics (BCS-012) offered by the university.
