IGNOU Online BCA Admission 2025: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has released the application forms for admission to the Online BCA (Bachelor of Computer Science) on 06 June 2025. Students who are interested in taking admission for the July 2025-26 academic session must complete the online form by going through the admission portal of the university, https://ignouiop.samarth.edu.in. The last date for admission is 15 July 2025, and the application fee is INR 300.

The university offers an Online BCA program to students who have done their schooling (10+2) from a recognised board or a diploma in commercial practice. The students can complete the full course at a very reasonable fee, which is INR 48,000 (8,000/Semester). The duration of the course is 3 years (Minimum), and 6 years (Maximum). 

IGNOU Online BCA syllabus includes subjects like Data Analysis, Cyber Security, Basic Mathematics, Statistics Techniques, C and Python Programming, Windows and Linux, Digital Forensics, etc. There are a total of 120 Credits that students have to study to get a degree. They also have to submit a Project in the 6th Semester of the course that consists of 12 Credits.

The university opens the admission portal for the Online BCA application forms two times in a year (One for the January session and one for the July session). For the July 2025-26 academic session, the university is inviting applications for the Online BCA program through the online portal from 06 June 2025. Students can take admission directly by filling out the application form with all the required documents, and they do not have to give any entrance exam. The list of all required documents is:

IGNOU Online BCA Syllabus 

Students enrolled in the IGNOU Online BCA program have to complete a total of 120 Credits to complete the course. These 120 credits are divided into Theoretical and Practical Subjects.
